TOP-UP PROCEDURES

Step 1

Go to http://www.netplay.ph.

Type your username and password, then click on the "login" button.

After logging in, you will prompted with the Customer Support Ticketing System page. To top-up your account, click on the top-up button.

Step 5

Enter the card's Serial Number and PIN then, click Top-up.

Step 6

You will be notified after successfully toppping-up your account.

Step 7

To check your available load, click the "view available load" button.
