Card denominations are Php 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 100 and 300 only.
- What are the standard card loads per denomination?

- Does every character need a load to play or just the account?
Only the account needs to top-up and not per character.
- How about newbies or low-level characters, do they still have to top-up?
Characters from levels 1 to 24 can play for free while those at level 25 and above are required to top-up in order to play.
- I have characters above level 25, but I also have characters that are still within level 1 to 24, can I still play for free if I just play using my character that is still within level 1 to 24?
You can only play for free if ALL of your characters are within level 1 to 24. The system recognizes the highest-level character in an individual account.
- Are there any promos for the top-up cards?

- How do I receive my freebies?
You will receive your freebies through the in-game Item Distributor. If you verified your email address when you registered, you will also be notified through email. After being notified, you should be able to claim the freebies the next time you log into the game.
- Can I top-up 5 cards all at the same time?
Yes.
- Can I top-up 5 different denominations of prepaid cards all at the same time?
Yes.
- If I top-up 5 cards in my account, and the first one in use is already used up, will I get disconnected from the game?
No. The system will recognize the next card you have loaded and will automatically use the next card.
- If I top-up 5 cards during the promo period, does it mean every load will be doubled?
Yes.
- If I buy a top-up card, what promo do I get?
You will need to check if there will be a promo for that particular date. Please check http://www.netplay.ph regularly for announcements about new and exciting promos.
- Are there any other forms of payments? Bank, ATM's, credit cards?
Currently we only provide physical prepaid cards. However we would like you to visit our official website for any updates regarding top-up information.
- How can I check my account balance?
Please login into your account (not character name) at our official website http://www.netplay.ph.
- If I ran out of load while playing, will I be disconnected automatically?
Yes.
- Will there be a warning that my load is almost used up?
When you top-up, your expiration date is seen every time you login to the game so you are always reminded when to do your next top-up.
- I have other accounts and I accidentally topped-up the wrong one. Is there a possible way to unload or to cancel the top-up?
No, once you top-up it can no longer be cancelled.
- Can I use the same top-up card to load different accounts?
No. One prepaid card is good for one account only. Once you already load it you can no longer load it to another account.
- Do I have to wait for the top-up to be all used up before loading another?
No. You can top-up even if you have not used up all your previous top-ups.
- I load a Php 100 top-up card with promo equivalent to 9 days unlimited but unfortunately 9 days have passed and I just played for 5 days. Does it mean I have to load it up again in order to play?
Yes, because your 9 days unlimited has already expired.
- Are there any other higher top-up cards available?
Php 300 is our highest denomination as of now.
- Can we purchase prepaid cards online?
At present, our cards are not yet available online. Please visit our website www.netplay.ph from time to time for latest news.
- What is the expiration of my load after I top-up?

- If I top-up different card denominations or 2 cards at once, how long before will my load expire?
Load top-up follows a FIFO (First-In First Out) rule. For example, I just loaded a 10-hour card and right at once, loads a 30-day card. The 30-day card will not be consumed unless the 10-hour card is all used up.
- I just bought a prepaid card and when I top-up, I get this error "Unable to top-up: serial number not found/already used". What will I do?
Check if you have placed the exact serial numbers and pin code.
