With your Pristontale Game Card, you are given two options:
1. Top-up the card as an ordinary game-time load
2. Top-up the card to purchase items (Item Shop).
TOP-UP USING ITEM SHOP
Step 1
Go to web site www.netplay.ph and Type your username and password, and then click on the "login" button.
Step 2
On the Customer Support Ticketing System Page, click on the top-up (shop items) button.
Step 3
Enter the card's Serial Number and PIN then, click on Top-up Wallet.
Step 4
You will be prompted after successfully topping-up your account and wallet.
TO CHECK AVAILABLE GEMS ON YOUR WALLET
Simply log-in to the Customer Support Ticketing System and click on the "view wallet load" button.
TO PURCHASE DESIRED ITEMS
Step 1
Click on “view items for sale” button.
Step 2
Click on the “Buy” button of the desired item to add to your shopping cart.
Step 3
Click on the “Buy Now” button to confirm purchase.
Step 4
To re-confirm purchase, click on “Confirm Transaction”.
Step 5
A window will pop-up to confirm if you want to complete the transaction. Click on “Ok”.
TO UPDATE/CHANGE ITEM QUANTITY
Step 1
On the “Quantity” box of the item you wish to update, re-enter desired number of item/s to be purchased.
Step 2
Click on the “Update” button to confirm desired item quantity.
TO REMOVE ITEM/S FROM YOUR CART
Click on “Remove” button at the left side of the item to be removed.
TO CHECK PURCHASED ITEMS
Simply click on the “View bought items". Purchased Items will then appear on the same window.

TO USE YOUR PURCHASED ITEM
To claim and use the items bought, just select the server then click on the “use” button. Items will be given on a “First In, First Out” basis by the Item Distributor In-game.
*Note: Weight of your purchased items may require enough inventory space so it is advisable that you unload unnecessary items on your inventory first before claiming your items on the Item Distributor to prevent error.
