On a Celeron 2GHz with 256mb memory it usually takes 10-15 minutes to finish the extraction process.

This error happens if you do not have an Internet connection. Kindly check with your ISP.

Try to set the network speed to 4. Also check with your Internet service provider and make sure that you have a stable Internet connection.
- I get the "blue screen of death" error while playing PT?
PT is a full 3D online game so check if you have enough disk space and memory to run the game smoothly. Try to close all unnecessary running applications while playing PT.
- Items and characters in the game appears to be somewhat distorted?
Go to the game settings and try to set the graphic detail to a higher level. Although it may improve the image quality it may also affect the overall performance of the game depending on your pc.
