Item Retrieval Certificate FAQ
1. Q: What is an Item Retrieval Certificate?
A: It is a certificate that can be purchased in the Item Shop, which allows a certain item to be recovered after being lost in aging.
2. Q: Where/How can I purchase a Certificate?
A: Simply login into our Customer Support Ticketing System at www.netplay.ph, click on view items for sale under item shop and browse the certificate category.
3. Q: What are the items that can be retrieved in Item Retrieval Certificate?
A: Any level 80 and above items that can be aged (Weapons, Armors, Shield, Robes and Orbs).
4. Q: Can I insure a Clean (not aged) item/s?
A: Yes
5. Q: How long is the validity of a certificate?
A: The validity is up to 15 days from the date of purchase.
6. Q: I bought a certificate but I transfer the item to my friend’s account and it fails during Aging, can I still use the insurance?
A: No, the item should be in possession of the player who bought the insurance.
7. Q: I purchase a certificate and my Aging succeeds up to the max level, can I use it to another item?
A: Yes, as long as the new item to be insured is in possession of the player at the time he/she purchased the certificate.
8. Q: I bought a certificate and the item that I'm planning to insure is at +6 Aging Stage, it successfully reached +7 but it failed at +8. On what Aging stage will my item be retrieved?
A: The item to be retrieved will depend on the ORIGINAL Aging Stage. If the item was at +6 when the player submits a certificate, the item will be retrieved at +6 even if it failed at +8.
9. Q: Can I share or pass the certificate to my friend’s item?
A: No, the certificate is only applicable for the player who purchased it and the item should be in the player’s possesion for a minimum of 2 days before purchasing a certificate.
10. Q: I purchase a certificate but I changed my mind not to insure my item anymore, can I cancel my certificate?
A: No. Once a certificate was purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
11. Q: How long is the process of Item Retrieval?
A: 2 – 3 days after submitting the certificate.
Carefully read the information below
The Item Retrieval Certificate will allow you to recover the item that you have lost during the process of aging (same status/specifications as before the item was aged). The Item Retrieval Certificate will only be limited to the original status of the item at the time the certificate was bought, nothing more, nothing less.
Items Covered:
A. Items (weapons/armors/robes/shields/orbs).
B. Clean or Aged Items.
1. One item per certificate arrangement.
2. Certificate shall be non-transferable.
3. Certificate shall be non-refundable.
4. Certificate expires 15 days after the purchased date.
5. Certificate will be rendered Used or Terminated after we have restored the item that was lost in aging.
6. Certificate is limited to restoring the original item at the time the certificate was bought.
Provisions and Exclusions:
7. Item must have been with you for more than 2 days before buying a certificate.
8. Item must be intact in your character at the time the certificate was bought.
9. The item that was intact in your character at the time the certificate was bought will be the item to be returned once aging lost it.
10. The character that holds the item at the time the certificate was bought must do aging.
11. Item will be returned 2-3 days after the request for restoration has been filed.
12. Failure to comply with the above stated requirements shall void your request for restoration and your certificate forfeited.
13. First, buy a certificate so you can be qualified for the item restoration.
14. After the certificate has been bought you may start aging your item.
15. If the item was lost, you can then file the request for restoration that is to be found in Item Retrieval Certificate Menu of your CSTS.
16. Fill-up the necessary details and submit.
Note: Certificate is valid 15 days from the date of purchase, this also includes the filing of your restoration request.
