ITEM SHOP FAQ'S
1. What is Item Shop?
Item Shop is an online shop that enables PTP players to buy special items not found in game.
2. How can I purchase items in the Item Shop?
A player must have available item shop currency known as GEMS in his account before he can purchase any item.
3. How can we acquire gems?
Gems are acquired through top-up loads. These top-up loads are the same top-up cards you use for game loads, which can be bought from authorized dealers. For more information on Gem wallet and instructions on how to load it, click HERE.

4. How can I check my available gems?
You can access your wallet account anytime at the Customer Support Ticketing System. Simply click on “view wallet load”.
5. What Items are available in the Item Shop?
Most of the items available in the Item Shop are CONSUMABLES that could only be used once. However, there are also items that expire in a certain period of time. For more information on items for sale and their description, click HERE.
6. Where can I get the items I bought from the Item Shop?
Items bought in the Item Shop can be acquired through the Item Distributor NPC in game. Weight of your purchased items may require enough inventory space so it is advisable that you unload unnecessary items on your inventory first before claiming your items on the Item Distributor to prevent error.
7. Can I transfer or trade gems with other players?
A player cannot trade or transfer gems to other players.
8. Is it possible to purchase multiple items at a time?
It is possible as long as you have enough gems available on your account.
9. Can I use different items simultaneously?
Yes, except for the consumable items that can only be used one at a time.
10. Can I trade my purchased items in game?
No, only the gamer that purchased the items in the Item Shop is entitled to use those items.
11. Is it possible to share the purchased items to my other character?
Yes, as long as the characters are in one account.
12. How long shall I wait before I can use my item?
Five minutes after clicking on the “use” button and uploading your item to your server, log-in to your in-game account and claim your purchased items to the Item Distributor. This will enable the system to refresh your item inventory.
13. Can I load top-up cards with different denominations at the same time?
Yes and you will still get the equivalent value of gems as that of the value of cards you topped-up.
