GAME POLICY

In our desire to assist all gamers who may encounter possible incidents such as item loss, missing characters, erroneously dismissed clan titles and character/clan naming, we have designed the following policies to enable our valued gamers to be guided properly and accordingly.

Moreover, we have included our core policies in cases of fraud, false reporting, hacking, account banning, trading, game client manipulation, illegal play and harassment.

We encourage every gamer to read these policies very carefully for the necessary guidance.

Item Restoration Policy

• Report on missing items should be filed within 3 days with our Online Customer Support Site. Please make sure that the request includes complete details. (please see note below for making requests and about report requirements)

• Please be informed that we can only restore items that are level 30 and above as items in this category are already considered of greater value.

• For items lost due to server/system error said items will be restored after checking your account information.

• For items lost due to lag or cable error problem (this is caused by customer's computer system or access routine) the particular item can be restored as soon as we have validated such to have been lost due to this reason. However, some items cannot be restored instead it will be replaced by a similar item which may have higher or lower stats and will be available for pick-up at our Item Distributor. Please make sure that a request is properly filed on our online Customer Support site.

• For items dropped, traded or sold by mistake, said items cannot be restored as these actions are already beyond our control.

• Reported account will be temporarily unavailable while being investigated. Please allow 3 days for the processing of your request. However, this may vary depending on the reported case.

Character Restoration Policy

• Please ensure that a request is filed within 2 days with our Online Customer Support Site and that it includes complete details.

• We will restore a character only once.

• Please be guided that only characters that are above level 20 can be restored.

• A character may be restored, however, character level, experience, and skill may decrease and some items may be lost in the process.

• Reported account will be temporarily unavailable while being investigated. Allow 3 days for the processing of your request. However, this may vary depending on the reported case.

Clan Restoration Policy

• Clan Chief’s oversight – If a clan chief dismisses his/her clan by mistake or if the clan chief was not able to meet the requirements in retaining a clan, then we will not restore the clan.

• Server error – If a clan was dismissed due to server error, we can restore the clan. We may be able to restore clan mark, clan chief and clan homepage, but clan members should be invited again. Also, if another player has created a clan and used the same clan name while restoration is being made, then there will be a need to apply for a new clan name with the Clan Master to the newly restored clan.

• Kindly ensure that clan restoration report be filed within 24 hours from the dismissed time with our Online Customer Support Site. The request should include complete details.

• Please take note that only the clan chief may request for a clan restoration.

• Reported account will be temporarily unavailable while being investigated. Allow 3 days for the processing of your request. However, this may vary depending on the reported case.

Rollback Policy

Rollback refers to the restoration of a particular character’s Skills or Aged items to its previous state prior to its supposed loss. However, we cannot accept any request for rollback but instead, what we can do are any of the above-stated cases.

Character or Clan Naming Policy

• Character or clan names that are not suitable or malicious (as defined herein) will not be allowed. In some cases, we may ban such characters with unsuitable or malicious names for 15 to 30 days for the renaming of characters. This is necessary as we are consistent with our core Filipino values of promoting responsible and wholesome experience.

• A name that has been changed by us cannot appeal for another renaming.

• A name that is based on or alludes to major religions or religious figures.

• Character names with any of the following format will be deleted. As such, kindly make sure that you assign appropriate and wholesome names for your characters/clans to avoid humiliation :

Character/clan names that

  • promote racism
  • refer to any private human body parts
  • describe any sexual or lustful acts
  • encourage unlawful acts
  • discriminate gender
  • inappropriately describe human bodily functions
  • impersonate any NetPlay employee/s, Game Master characters, and known players (Ex. GMAries, AriesGM, AriesGM00, GMark or any name with GM letters attached)
  • insult NetPlay, NetPlay employees, Game Master characters, known players, and PristonTale
  • relates to insulting any religion
  • advertise another product aside from PristonTale
  • are GENERALLY made of a mixture of letters, a mixture of numbers, or a mixture of letters and numbers that do not make any sense
  • are considered inappropriate by other players, Game Masters or Administrators

    A character must be named properly because this becomes a reflection of the person who created the character.

    Fraud Policy

    • In any case, GMs will never request for a player’s password, personal information and in-game items. Consequently, gamers should not give out, even to GMs, these information for utmost protection.

    • Players who are proven to impersonate NetPlay employees, Game Master characters, and any known player will automatically have their account permanently suspended.

    False Report Policy

    • For the convenience of everyone, False reports will not be tolerated. Any person found to be guilty in submitting a false report will be handled accordingly depending on the severity of the false report.

    Clan Mark Policy

    • In order to promote a wholesome atmosphere, any clan mark that depicts obscenity or impropriety will be replaced by a new clan mark.

    Clan Homepage Policy

    • The clan chief and its members are responsible for the contents of the clan homepage. The contents in the clan homepage should not contain information that can harm or harass another person. If the clan homepage contains inappropriate data, then the clan chief may lose control of the clan.

    Hacking Policy

    • It is the responsibility of players to always secure their usernames and passwords. It is also advisable to change passwords from time to time.

    • Players should also watch out for eye loggers. A simple peek at their back can allow others to get their username and password.

    • Players must be careful especially when logging into their account in public places. A key logging software that records every stroke of their keyboard would give away all their information.

    • If you suspect that your account has been hacked please do not delay on reporting as the investigation process is quite complicated and time consuming. If left too long, this could lead to the case not being investigated due to spoiled evidence.

    • In case an account is hacked, a report should be filed within 48 hours with complete details. The user will need to logon to our Online Customer Site for the proper filing of all information.

    • Accounts that have been reported for hacking will have a one-time restoration only. Succeeding reports will no longer be entertained.

    • Reported account will be temporarily unavailable while being investigated. Kindly allow 3 days for the processing of your request. However, this may vary depending on the reported case.

    Account Policy

    • Accounts are available to individuals regardless of age. Only one person may use an Account. The registered user of an Account may use the Account or may choose instead to permit a minor child to use his/her Account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, and parents or guardians are liable for all activities of their minor child conducted through the Account.

    Banned Account Policy

    • Please refrain from using illegal programs, as this may result in banning or deleting of your account.

    • We should practice and show respect at all times. Make sure not to insult, curse or harass a GM or any other player as this is , first and foremost, not consistent with our Filipino core values. Also, your account may be banned after being proven guilty.

    Trading Policy

    • PristonTale will not in any way interfere with the pricing of commodities inside the game.

    • Trading of items or gold inside the game will entirely depend on the agreement of both parties involved.

    • Players should be alert and careful when trading. Before accepting a trade, players must double check the items/gold that are to be traded.

    • Trading of items, gold or account, for cash is strictly prohibited.

    • Trading of items, gold, or account for an account on the same server or another server is strictly prohibited.

    • Trading of any virtual item/s for cash or anything outside the game is strictly prohibited.

    • Trading of items, gold, or account for real items is strictly prohibited.

    • Trading of items, gold, or account for any services not related to PristonTale Philippines is strictly prohibited.

    Game Client Manipulation Policy

    • Accounts that have been involved in the use of illegal or transformed programs will have their accounts deleted from the game servers.

    Illegal Play Policy

    • An account that uses illegal program/s will warrant a permanent account suspension.

    • Exploitation of any in-game bugs is considered as illegal play.

    • Any player that uses Auto-mouse or Macro-mouse will be subjected to a punishment.

    • Any ideas or tools that are used to take advantage of the game or to duplicate items will warrant a permanent account suspension.

    • Illegal play must be reported immediately on our Online Customer Site.

    Harassment Policy

    • Proper disciplinary actions will be given out to players found guilty of harassment.

    • Reports on harassment must include specific details on the type of harassment, how the harassment occurred, and when the harassment occurred.

    • Any player caught using extremely foul language will have their account permanently suspended.
