- Does PristonTale require a CD to play?
No, you will only need the CD to install the game client.
- Where can I download PristonTale game client?
You can download the full version game client on our web site (www.netplay.ph).
- How can I install PristonTale after download?
Once you are finished downloading, just double-click or execute the installer package and follow the installation guide. You can also go to our guide page on our website for on-screen instructions.
- How can I start the game?
You can start the game by simply double-clicking or executing on the PristonTale icon that was created during installation. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet before playing.
- The program shuts down automatically when I try to launch the program.
If you are getting a launch error, it is usually a network problem. Please check your connection to the Internet and retry in a few minutes.
- How do I quit the game?
You can exit the game by pressing the “ESC” or “X” button on the keyboard. A small window will pop up on the bottom-right, and then you may click on “Quit” at the menu.
- Why can’t I equip certain items?
Most items require a certain level/stats. Once you meet the requirements, you will be able to equip or wear them.
- How do I adjust camera angle?
First, make sure that your camera button is not on “auto” mode. Use the left and right arrow keys to rotate the camera angle. To zoom in and out, use the up and down arrow keys. Using page up and page down will alter the camera angle perspective to ground level or top down. Pressing "Ctrl+Up" and Ctrl+Down" arrow keys will do the same as Page Up and Page Down buttons. You may also use your mouse scroll for this function.
- I reach level 10 but do not know how to learn a skill. What can I do?
You need to visit the skill master NPC in town, in order for you to acquire skills.
Tempskrons : go to Ricarten and see skill master Verkan.
Morions : go to Pillai and see skill master Raymond.
- How do I use potions?
First, make sure you put them into a hotkey box located at the bottom of the screen. Then press 1, 2, or 3 buttons for the corresponding potion slot.
- How do I attack monsters?
You need to left click on a monster to attack. You do not need to left click every time you attack. Just left click and hold.
- How do I chat?
When you press enter, a chat box will appear on the lower left. It is active when an arrow on the lower-left is pointing right.
- How do I private message?
You can do a PM or whisper by pressing “Enter” button on the keyboard then typing “/: [player’s name] [message]” on the chat console.
- Where do I get items?
Items can be found in 2 ways. You can get it by a monster drop or purchase from a town. Each city has blacksmiths and merchants that sell items. Also you can ask another player for an item trade or buy.
- How do I take a screen shot?
Press “Ctrl+Home” (jpg format) and “Ctrl+End” (bmp format) simultaneously to take a screen shot of the current game screen. Captured screen shots will be saved in the following folder: C:\ProgramFiles\TriglowPictures\PristonTale\Capture.
- I’ve learned my skill. How do I use it?
You may press the “S” button on the keyboard to bring up the skill window. Then, right click on the skill you want to hotkey. You'll notice on the bottom center of the screen that skill icon has been replaced the hand (default attack) icon. To use the skill, simply do a right-click to activate the skill.
- I pressed 1 for mini potion but nothing happened. Why?
If your chat box is active (the arrow on the lower-left is pointing right), none of the keyboard shortcut will work. Pressing the “Enter” or “Esc” button will disable the chat console.
- When can I learn a skill?
You must reach level 10 in order to learn a skill.
- How can I change the clan mark?
On our website, proceed to: “Clan Homepage> Clan Chief Menu> Clan Mark” and from there you may create, delete, or edit your clan mark.
- I have created a clan, but I cannot see my clan mark. Why?
Your clan has to be validated or has the minimum six (6) -member requirements in order for you to see or create a clan mark.
- Can I change my clan chief or leave my clan with another clan member?
Yes, but it has a condition. When you change your clan chief or leave your office to another clan member, you must bring the other clan member to the clan NPC. Also, you’ll need 300,000 game gold fees for changing your clan chief or delegating clan chief to another clan member.
- I have made my clan mark image, but I would like to change the size 32x32. How to change my pixel size?
You may edit or create a clan mark on any picture editor software available (i.e. paint, photoshop, corel). Provided that it has the requirement size of 32x32 pixel and in bitmap (BMP) format.
- I have two characters. One is a Fighter, and the other is a Knight. The Fighter character is my clan chief, but I want to enter my Knight character on the same clan. Is it possible to enter my Knight character on the same clan? (Same account and other characters)
Yes, you may enter two or more characters from your account with the same clan. Provided that your clan sub-chief has clan invite permission and will be the one to invite your other characters in the same clan.
- How can I change my clan name again?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. When you create a clan, the clan name is permanent and cannot be changed. So be wise to think of your desired clan name before creating one.
- How can I join a clan?
You may join a clan thru invitations by another player or from a friend. Provided that you have no clan at the moment. Also, you may check our website in “Clan” page posts to see if a clan is recruiting for members. You may also post-in or advertise yourself that you are in need of a clan.
- Will you return the clan creation fee (500,000 game gold), when I dismiss or disband my clan?
The fee was a tax for creating a clan. So, we would not return the money.
- Can I use gif or jpg file for creating a clan mark?
No. Only bitmap (bmp) format images are allowed in clan mark.
- I have made 6 clan members already, but I can’t see my clan on the clan website. Why?
You should make a step with clan master approval even you have made 6 clan members.
- How can I change my clan photo on the clan homepage?
On our website, proceed to: “Clan Chief Menu> Clan Intro> Clan Photo” to change your clan photo or picture. You may use jpg or gif format image files for this.
- How can I leave my clan?
You may do this by talking to the Clan NPC on town, and click on the “Leave” clan function. Also, your clan chief can expel or dismiss you from a clan.
- What is the character limit of clan names when creating a clan?
The maximum limit for clan names is fourteen characters.
- How many persons can make a clan member after creating the clan?
Your character level increases the clan capacity. A level 40 character (minimum level requirement when creating a clan) can have 20 members or persons upon starting a clan. Additional clan positions or spots will be added each time the clan chief gains a level. Ex: level 41 can have additional 1 member spot. Level 99 can have a total of 80 member spot or positions.
- Is it possible for a clan chief to leave a clan by itself?
Yes, it is possible. But when a clan chief leaves a clan, the clan will automatically disband.
- What kind items do I need to make a wing? And where can I go?
Visit the Warpgate NPC, which is located on Ricarten. He will then give you the requirements to create a “Wing” needed for warp.

- When I login into the game, I don't have a clan anymore. I did not leave my clan and I was not expelled. Is this a bug? What will I do?
This is not a bug. This is due to a lag problem. At the character selection screen, wait for a few seconds or up to a minute until your clan name appears at your character info. If after a few minutes your clan name doesn't appear, login and ask your clan mates if your name is still on their clan member list. If yes, try to re-log in a few minutes.
