A: No, a character-renaming certificate can only be used on the account where you have bought the certificate.
7. Q: I purchase a certificate but I changed my mind not to rename my character anymore, can I cancel my character renaming certificate transaction?
A: No. Once a certificate was purchased, it cannot be cancelled..
8. Q: How long will it take for my character to be renamed?
A: If you have completely filled up the necessary information, the process of renaming will only take one day.
9. Q: Can I apply for a character renaming before buying a certificate?
A: No, you must first buy a certificate before applying for a character renaming.
10. Q: I want to rename two or more character in my account, is it possible to buy multiple renaming certificates?
A: Yes.
11. Q: Why do I have to leave my clan before applying for a character renaming?
A: To anticipate and prevent unexpected errors. We will remove the character who is in the clan if the player's character who submitted a certificate is still inside the clan. The character will then have to be reinvited to the clan after renaming.

Character renaming is an added service to give you a chance to personalize your ingame characters.
Terms and Conditions:
1. One character renaming per certificate arrangement.
2. Certificate shall be non-transferable.
3. Certificate shall be non-refundable.
4. Certificate expires 15 days after the purchased date.
5. Certificate will be rendered Used or Terminated after we have renamed your character.
6. Certificate is limited to one-time renaming per character.
Provisions and Exclusions:
7. Preferred names should be according to our naming policy.
8. Character to be renamed must not be a member of any clan at the time of request otherwise we will remove the character from the clan to proceed with the renaming process.
9. Account is inaccessible at the time of renaming.
10. A character can only be renamed once, thus you must carefully list your preferred names.
11. Renaming process is 1 day (9AM–8PM Daily) if all above requirement has been satisfied and requested name is available.
12. Failure to comply with the above stated requirements will void your request for renaming.
13. First, buy a certificate before applying for a renaming request.
14. After the certificate has been bought you may fill-up the form found in the Character Renaming Certificate menu then submit.
Note: Certificate is valid 15 days from the date of purchase, this includes the overall processing period.
